UFO WEED FORWARD 50° G10

In order to solve the problem of seaweed that remain attached to the fin it is imperative to use fins with high angles of inclination (rake) to evacuate the weed along the profile. But tilting a fin shifts the center of fin pressure backward far behind the rider's feet. This has the effect of losing power and drive on the fin. In order to solve these disadvantages we chose a more powerful profile and with a push center further forward with a wider base. In addition we shifted the blade in the box forward to center fin pressure under the feet of the rider for optimal performances. The combination of these elements allows our weed fins to provide riders the feeling to ride like with a slalom fin and thus pushing performance even further .
The straight leading edge help to guide the weed along the profile to go away.
UFO weed line is composed by 3 differents rake 40°,45° and 50° depending on the quantity of seaweed on the spot and different wide base to improve fins power regarding riders weight and expectations.
Riders will found in this weed fins range the right fin for each specific weed spot ; shallow water spot with a lot of weed or occasional weed area , UFO WEED fins range could cover all cases and riders expectations .
Despite big size and big area due to high rake , weed fins are very fast thanks to a specific profile coming from UFO SPEED line well known by world speed riders .

This model is an extrapolation of UFO WEED 45° , we increase rake for better seaweed efficiency where spot is totally infested with weed . And to compensate the loose of power induced by the higher rake , blade has been move forward to recenter the power under rider feet .
